My Learning Manifesto

We often use the phrase 'words create worlds' to describe a concept or phenomena that we have observed.  The written word can be used not only to clarify the aspirations and intentions behind the latter, but to also galvanise individuals and organisations into action.    

Emerging issues in digital teaching and learning have given rise to reflection upon the question:  

What is right or wrong with education and what should the world do to enhance or fix it?
